1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hundredth Sign, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Hundredth Sign provides cloud-based electronic signature services for businesses. Our service enables users to send, sign, and manage legally binding electronic documents in compliance with applicable laws including the Act on Electronic Signatures and Certified Authentication Business (Japan).
3. Legal Validity of Electronic Signatures
Electronic signatures created through Hundredth Sign are legally valid under the Act on Electronic Signatures and Certified Authentication Business (電子署名法) and the Act on Electronic Books (電帳法). Each signed document includes a tamper-evident audit trail with timestamps and cryptographic hashes.
4. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of information provided in documents, obtaining proper consent from all signing parties, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Hundredth Sign for fraudulent purposes, to forge signatures or documents, to harass or harm others, or in any way that violates applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Hundredth Sign, including software, design, and content, remain the property of the service provider. You retain all rights to your own documents and data.
7. Privacy
Your use of Hundredth Sign is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hundredth Sign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the organization settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
